Giving by Faith…the Great Adventure

November is the month of harvest and thanksgiving. As leaves change color, the beauty of the colorful nature fills our hearts with the feelings of thanks and praise for God’s abundant blessing that we have received throughout the year.

You crown the year with your bounty;

your wagon tracks overflow with richness. (Psalm 65:11)

Thanksgiving/Harvest Sunday Service on November 20th

“Come, Ye Thankful People, Come…” Let us gather together and join for a
service of Thanksgiving to celebrate and give thanks to God for wonderful blessings God has granted for us. I also invite you to present your Thank
Offering to show your gratitude for God’s constant providence.

In the season of Thanksgiving, as I think of you, I am so grateful to God for you – your love for God and for Aldersgate Church, your faithfulness and commitment, your sacrifice and financial gifts with tithes and offerings. Through the work of your faith, God has blessed Aldersgate Church. Thanks be to God!

Now is the time to look ahead and make a commitment to God’s blessings to Aldersgate Church for 2023. I invite you to join for the services of Budget/Pledge Campaign – November 6th, 13th and 20th, to celebrate our ministry, see God’s vision for Aldersgate Church and make a commitment to God’s vision for our church. This year’s theme is “Giving by Faith…the Great Adventure.”

Jesus said, “Give and it shall be given to you (Luke 6:38).” Let us give by faith
in God who will give back to us abundantly. How much will God bless us and Aldersgate Church? I don’t know. What I can say is, “My God shall supply all you need according to His riches in Glory by Christ Jesus ( Philippians 4:19).” How exciting it is! It is a Great Adventure. Nothing is impossible for God.
God is inviting us to this Great Adventure. Say YES to God’s invitation!

You are invited to several Special Events in November

FOOD-FRIEND-Z AUCTION – November 4 at 6PM

Lastly, I would like to let you know that Jung and I have prayerfully decided to retire as of June 30, 2023. I will continue to keep Aldersgate Church in my prayers for God’s guidance and lead in times of transition.

Blessings,

Pastor Sung Ho Lee
