I am grateful for the beauty of God’s creation. Every season of the year, I am awed by the beauty I see around me. Fall brings with it cooler temperatures, a crispness in the air, an array of glorious colors, all of which remind me of the goodness and majesty of God.
In October we celebrate World Communion Sunday on October 2. This is an opportunity to celebrate the wideness of God’s love that includes all people everywhere. We are so blessed to be part of a multi-cultural community!
Also on October 2, our new District Superintendent Vonda Fossitt will be installed. The service and reception are from 4 to 7 PM at the United Methodist Church of Webster. All are welcome to attend.
There will be opportunities for you to serve on October 14‐15 at our annual craft sale, on October 22 at our Fall Festival, and of course, at the Community dinner on October 29.
October 30 brings the culmination of our annual stewardship campaign with the opportunity to offer our financial commitments to the church’s operating expenses in 2017. God gives us so much that it’s a true privilege to give a portion of what we have received back to God.
God is good all the time!
Blessings and prayers,
Anne
